Great heated jacket, only downside is rhe battery pack quickly lost its life span. Plan ahaead to buy a couple more battery packs. But it does keep you toasty. Works great. I still recommend wearing some thermals under jacket. A thin wind breaker or something. Jacket got me by a few years. But again would be wayyyy wayy bettrr and would give it a 5 star if we could use more than one type of power pack for the jacket. I recommend converting power cable to a usb c source or something. With a snap in connection or magnetic connection to hold it in place.

Jacket seemed to be of decent quality but the battery didn't work at all straight out of the package. After contacting the company to get a replacement they said I will have to wait until the canada post strike ends before they will ship a new one out. They wouldn't use another courier so I could give this as a gift. They offered a partial refund of $30 which does nothing. Would have taken a higher amount so I could get a replacement battery but $40 was the max which doesn't get a replacement. Returning this product due to terrible customer service.

I bought a women's 2x coat on an auction about 4 years ago. Recently, I put on some weight and it no longer fit. 2x is the largest women's size. I found the men's came in a 3x. It fit beautifully. The coat has 5 heat zones and 3 temps so it keeps you warm no matter how cold it gets. Two things to keep in mind. The men's coat has no hood. Not a problem for me.The other thing is that you may want to purchase a 2nd battery if you are wearing it out in the cold all day long. The battery life is fine if you are just wearing it when running errands. The coat is not bulky.

I purchased one of these 3 yrs ago. I had trouble with the battery. I contacted the seller who promptly sent me a replacement that has served me well. Yesterday I just attended a football game with the temp 15 degrees. The battery lasted the entire 5 hrs. I was outside. It kept me warm; I didn't realize how cold it was until I found Ice in my water bottle. The jacket looks and feel good. It is my everyday jacket in the winter. I can stay warm without having to deal with a bulky coat.

I ordered an XL version of the coat it fits snug compared to my Ororo brand jacket. So first things first....The jacket is okay quality, not the best by any means but not the worst either. The jacket has different heating settings buy I could only feel the ones on the back even with this jacket fitting like it does (snugly) I could barely feel any heat. Also you need to press the button on the battery prior to using the coat which makes it EXTREMELY inconvenient in bad weather situations.Had the coat for a few months In preparation for the winter season ahead. (You know, planning ahead and all that.) Needless to say the jacket worked 3 times and then will not power any more. When I press a button multiple lights flicker once and then nothing after. For a 100+ dollar coat this is unacceptable, also the battery is bulky. My Ororo heated jacket has upgraded their battery tech for all their products making them smaller, lighter, quicker to charge AND more effective. I've had my Ororo jacket since 2019. That jacket has withstood everything and remains wind proof, the pockets are so deep compared to this jacket. Be careful when trying new products like this as good as they can be, you may get duds from time to time. I guess I got a dud with this jacket and I cannot return it unfortunately.

After scouring the internet for heated jackets that run true to size, I found that your choices are this or the very very expensive tool company branded jackets. The 3xl fits great. I'm usually between 2x and 3x and this is on the large side of 3x. Sleeves a little long. Body fits great. There are some adjustment points on the sleeve and waist to cinch things down if needed. Upper back warms great (especially if you wear a backpack btw. It presses into your back and makes better contact). Chest warms great. The third section is the "pocket" section. The heating element doesn't line up great with where your hands will be in the pocket, and that zone doesn't get too hot. However, I do feel that section contributing to the overall warmness of the jacket. I'm using the jacket on high and after 2 hours outside, the battery reads at half capacity. My wife's "iurek" brand vest has a smaller batter of a higher capacity that seems to work fine in this jacket too. they both have the same proprietary type of connection. It does look like other batteries are available for this jacket, even if not explicitly for this jacket. The company's website has official ones, but I think you can halve the price if you search around enough. I've only used this jacket twice, so I can't speak about longevity. The led lights are a bit obnoxious, but it's nothing a piece of electrical tape won't fix. And truthfully, it's become a conversation piece and the source of envy among other sports spectators during cold outdoor events. Sometimes these heated jackets and vest feel like a "papery" substance is between layers of fabric, sounding and feeling weird. This obviously has heating elements, but doesn't feel weird. The jacket material is also quite nice. We pronounce the brand "potatoes" because why not?

This is my third Jacket purchase....I love these so warm and is better quality than those Milwaukee and DeWalt heated jackets. Price is very reasonable and battery is small enough to fit in side pocket.... don't worry this battery packs a punch and lasts several hours out in the cold.
