  • Remove the blue check valve cover from the back of the dive housing and vacuum the dive housing before closing it. ( Please refer to the picture in the front for detailed instructions )

  • Before removing the phone, you must press the silicone valve to release the air, allowing for easy removal of the phone. Otherwise, the diving case cannot be forcibly opened in a vacuum state.

  • This is due to the font size being set too large. We recommend setting the font size to level 5 or smaller to ensure that the buttons correspond correctly with the phone screen for proper mode switching.

  • Because pro max this model has a big camera lens, it may be a little bit of error, a pumping of the waterproof case will solve this problem.

  • Each waterproof phone case will leave a gap of 1mm, at this time you can put the phone to the right, close to the keys, is not going to affect the position of the other keys, and pay attention to the vacuum.

The buttons were utterly in the wrong place for my iPhones. I couldn’t get it to work. Sadly missed awesome pics of our scuba trip in Hawaii.

Not very easy to close and seal. The buttons on the case did not quite line up with the buttons on the phone but they worked for the most part. We did have water ingress at one point but that appeared to be the fault of the user, which means if you're not careful and paying attention when you are sealing your camera in you could get an improper seal. The phone survived, however. All in all it's a decent option if you don't have other underwater photography gear. Would recommend with warnings and caveats.

Pros: totally waterproof and enables phone to take excellent underwater pics. We used for snorkeling in Abaco Islands - up to 5 meters. Never worried about it leaking and it has neutral buoyancy with my phone. Cons: the buttons can be finicky with iOS; you have to experiment to learn how to move between video and pictures while the phone is in the case, it can be difficult to get phone into photography mode after turning it on. Overall, this thing met my expectations of having a decent housing that enabled pics for an occasional vacation, but it’s not what I’d buy if I were taking underwater pics all the time. I did test it with paper towel inside overnight in the bathtub. No leaking whatsoever.

This is a really solid case. The only problem is that the button to access the camera from the Lock Screen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is about an eighth of an inch too far away to actually activate the camera. So it’s impossible to take pictures. Returning.

So if you are desperate for a camera under water- this will work! But expect issues🤷‍♂️So I need a waterproof case so I can use maps and camera off my kayak- this didn’t work for my use case.If you just want a camera in a wet environment, then here is what I think. The buttons are finicky and will annoy you! Sometimes the they will click the correct spot and sometimes they don’t 🤷‍♂️ The buttons are basically little fingers inside the case that almost lineup with the iPhone buttons. But not quite.I found that to make them work , don’t linger on a button push! It seems like a good case and itIs water proof at least to a few meters. I didn’t swim much below that level. As with all things weigh your requirements, but I would say for the price point and the exclusive use of a camera, it will get you by….For me it will work for just that, but it doesn’t solve my bigger issue. Why aren’t phones just waterproof 😠

This thing sucks!!! I got it at the last minute for diving Galapagos Islands with Max depth 80 feet. It says it works at over 100 feet(40 meters)! It does not! It would be great for a snorkelor but NOT for a diver! I am returning it as soon as I get back home. What a bummer. Change the description please, as it is very decieving.
