update: The seller sent me quickly a new base, I'll try when I have a chance.original: The item we received doesn't function at all. The bolt holes of the connecting shaft do not match the nut holes on the counterweight bucket. Now we need to pay the shipping fee by ourself for this UNFUNCTION thing.

As stated by the seller, the package was shipped in two parts - bag in one shipment and the base with mounting gear separately. The base box is what is tracked by Amazon. I received the base but it was missing crucial pieces, such as the mounting plate and spring block. I contacted the seller and received a same-day response regarding the missing pieces. After providing the seller with a picture of the items received, the seller sent a new base box bundled with all the pieces. This was a fairly easy process and I appreciate the very quick response times of the seller. The bag that was shipped in a separate box was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different neighborhood. I fault the delivery driver, not the seller, since the address label on the box was correct. Luckily the owner was very kind enough to bring it to my home.The bag itself is perfect for my children (8 and 10) to learn boxing. I don't think I could recommend it for adults due to the size. It is a fairly skinny bag, possibly more tailored to mixed martial arts or kick boxing, but my children have made full use of it for straight boxing during their training. After a month, and it is still holding up fine with training 3-4 days a week.

My son loves this to blow off steam. We actually put it in his room as it does not take up much space. Would buy again
