Although it came with what was listed, I have found that the design of the nipple does not make for good feeding. The puppies can't get a good enough grip for suction. May be useful for administering medication or dewormer, but not any kind of formula. Easy to clean, easy to use, durable silicone for what was expected - but just not a product you would get as much use put of as one would expect.

everything came as described, but the nozzles were not at all effective for feeding a puppy, and the syringe parts that come with it do not hold enough milk. you could maybe give your puppy a medicine through this type of nipple, but it won't be useful as a nipple for feeding.

The dual feeder will let me feed 2 kittens at once , while mama feeds the others👍.A good buy 👍👍
