True to size. I sized up one to get us through the cold season and its fits loosely but well! I love that there’s a 2 way zipper. It’s soooo soft and incredibly adorable. The quality is very nice. The fabric inside is a soft cotton and a fleece fabric around the zipper area. I definitely gift it or recommend to a friend.
