Electrically it works fine. BUT I had them sitting around for several months before I installed one and the rubber is already cracked just sitting in the box. It works for being inside a vehicle but I wouldn't us them on my tractor that is open cab.

Very easy to install. My grandma had it done in less than a day. At 96 years old she moves a little slow. I did give her a 15 minute break after each 3 hours so she could hydrate herself. It’s hard to watch her work in this record breaking heat. Anyway, she has her kick boxing lessons today but promised she would finally pull the Transmission from my pickup tomorrow. Thanks Granny!!
