Title says it all. These things are wayyyy better than Perfect Pushup or any low end piece of plastic pushup handle. What a great invention.

PROS:-way more comfortable than Perfect Pushups or comparable equipment-solid construction-makes for good, challenging push ups. You're gonna get a workout.CONS:-the surface is pretty slippery, even if you're not actively sweating. God help you if you're sweating.-they're still kinda painful, moving the pressure from your wrists to the base of your palms.-are they better than standard push ups? Who knows. I'll keep em but I'm not totally convinced yet.

I love these! Use them twice a week. They really do relieve the stress from my wrist doing push ups. I big difference especially when doing push at middle age. 43 going 44. Definitely very effective!

As a DDPY instructor, these are affiliated to the DDPY program. Personally I thought I would never use them but with all my training my wrists have been struggling. The angle of the Bear Blocks help alleviate that pressure and weight distribution when on hands. Great for body weight exercises and using in yoga. Way better than traditional push up bars.Durable and lightweight.

造りはしっかりしているし、かっこいい。一生使えるプッシュアップバー。1万円ちょっとで購入。プッシュアップバーに1万円!高い金額払って購入しているので、使わなければ大損!なのでやる気になる。

Worlds better than any other pushup bar, mainly because it has a larger surface area for your hands. It just needs to be bigger, as it's uncomfortable to have your palm hanging off the edge. I think I'm going to accomplish this by buying a second set and JB welding them together.

I was skeptical. Seems like a lot of money for a hunk of metal. As soon as I tried them I felt and understood that it took a significant engineering effort to get these right. Most satisfying, stable, controlled and comfortable push-ups I've ever done. I'm a novice in fitness, so I didn't even realize you could turn around and get a superior tricep dip until I saw the pic, but yep that feels awesome compared to my normal dips as well. Absolutely no regrets.

I’ve been doing push-ups for years and have developed tennis elbow and sore muscles from doing push-ups on the regular. Did some research on this and It had good reviews so I thought I’d give them a shot and boy am I glad I bought these. I completely love them, and I love the way they feel making push-ups smooth and pain free and I can go deeper than before, i highly recommend..

Love these, they work great for pushups and anything where you might want a little lift when doing mobility (tables, worlds greatest stretch etc.) Really appreciate the compact design and that they slide together for storage. They can be a little slippery if my hands are really sweaty but I just wear Bear Grips workout gloves and hands don't slide at all. The added height also allows for better range of motion on pushups.

First off, I rarely write reviews but when I read some of these reviews I wanted to provide a different perspective. Me - in the gym 5 days a week and at least 3 of those days incorporate either weight training or bodyweight exercises that include pushups. Bigger than average guy with XL hands, which plays into the review. An injury I suffered decades ago has caused limited flexibility in one of my writs. With that, I took a chance on the Bear Blocks as an alternative for pushups. Bear Blocks give an an angle that there is no negative pressure on my prior wrist injury. In addition, being slightly raised up allows you to do a deeper pushup (benefit) as well as forces your core to stay in control (benefit) while using the product. Overall, 5 stars and even if I didn't have a wrist concern I would recommend these. If anything, use them every other time you do pushups for a different angle and deeper pushup.
