DRILL 1 - MIRROR GUIDES

DRILL 1 - MIRROR GUIDES

Adjust the width of the magnetic putter guides to fit your putter to work on consistent delivery. Guides can be offset from the center to work on off-the-toe strikes. Mirror markings encourage a square face at set-up and correct path.

DRILL 2 - PUTTING GATE

DRILL 2 - PUTTING GATE

Place the small (50mm) gate 1 foot from the ball. The putter face must be square, within 1/2 a degree open or closed at impact, for the ball to roll through the gate.

DRILL 3 - ANGLED MIRROR

DRILL 3 - ANGLED MIRROR

Use putting gate to support the mirror at an angle to get a different view of your position and putting stroke. By placing the angled mirror behind the target you can also check your head position.

Nice and sturdy so sits well on the carpet in the lounge room when using indoors. The magnetic tracks are a great feature. Helps align putter, shoulders and eyes when in position.

Good putting mirror that adds value with magnetic putting gates. There are some problems that keep it from getting 5 stars, but is still very good depending on how you use it.Pros:- Like any other putting mirror, has lines, and has a place to put the ball for consistency.- Comes with two magnetic gates that you can use to check the path of your putter.- Has little spikes on the bottom to keep the mirror in place once you set it on your carpet or on a green.Cons:- The gates are relatively long. This means that if you have an arc in your putting stroke (like I do, but some people go straight back and forth), you may actually be hitting the back of the gate even though you are delivering the putter correctly at impact.- The little putting gate that comes with it (u-shaped gate) is way too small. I practiced with it and it drove me nuts that I could not put the ball through it cleanly (there is only enough space for the ball and millimeters of space on each side). The problem was not that I installed it crooked, or even with my stroke, but the fact is that it is extremely difficult to find a perfectly straight putt. This meant that while I thought my stroke was bad, when I removed the gate, all the putts went in. I now never use this gate because it only hinders my practice instead of helping me.Conclusion:This is a good training aid, but due to the reasons mentioned above, this one just misses being perfect for putting in the bag. Like I said, maybe if you have less of an arcing putting stroke, or a perfectly straight putt to practice on then this would work better for you. Keep these things in mind when purchasing this putting mirror.

I owe this seller an apology. I left them negative feedback upon receiving my PuttOut Mirror. The basis of my complaint was that the mirror was not new and I paid a premium price for a premium product. Upon closer examination, there is a film over the mirror that made it appear to be a used item. After removing the film, it was obvious that it was brand new. That being said ...There are many putting mirrors on the market. 99% of them are less expensive than the Puttout Mirror. But the game changer here are the gates that help discipline your stroke to stay square. You can not make a putt unless the face of your putter is square at impact.Repetition of a solid stroke is the key to success on the green. The mirror allows you to make sure proper set up and alignment become second nature when you go through your pre-shot routine. Then the magnetic guides teach you to keep the putter face square at impact. The Puttout Putting Mirror insures that your technique is repeatable, and your practice time is productive. If you truly are serious about improving your performance on the green, this is the training device that will make a difference. The Puttout Putting Mirror is not an inexpensive item. But it is a very wise investment in your golf game.

The quality of this tool was obvious the moment you take it out the box. Sturdy feel with really good quality materials which work well inside and outside. When I used it fir the first time I instantly got the feedback I was standing with my eyes way past the ball. I practiced with it a few times and have been able to take what I’ve learned straight out onto the course. I’m already putting better but can go back to the the putting mirror to confirm I’m still in the right place.I’d recommend it to anybody.

I am actually a very good putter, but was looking for a training device that could take me to the “excellent” level. Reviewed many putting mirror products, but for whatever reason never pulled the trigger on a purchase until this one. I first saw it on a Mark Crossfield video and decided to track it down. It’s the dead of winter where I am located so I haven’t had an opportunity to take it out to a practice green, but what I like about it is as follows: eyeline mirror so I can be sure to set my eyes over the golf ball, small nubs on the back of the mirror so it won’t move unnecessarily, adjustable magnetic “gates” that train you to keep the putter on line, very sturdy mirror that will fit inside my golf bag, an additional aiming gate that you can set up away from the mirror to improve your aim and you can also use to visually set up the mirror to see your set up from multiple angles. It’s early, but so far...no drawbacks or negatives. It’s not the end all to improve your putting, but it will definitely help. Thanks!

The concept is great, with the magnetic guides and putting gate. However, after just a few uses (3 days and less than 50 putts) there were some scratches and the black alignment markings started to disappear. The description says "Putting mirror has a glossy, anti-scratch surface printed with simple marking and guidelines". I am hoping that I just received a defective unit. I have contacted the company and will provide an update shortly.Update: PuttOUT replied to me within minutes and are addressing the issue. I will provide a second update shortly.Update 2: Update 2: Excellent customer service. They already fixed my issues. Updated my rating to 5 stars. I would give them 6 stars, if I could.

I had considered myself to be a better-than-decent putter, but thought I had occasional issues with distance and/or direction due to being too "Handsy" with the putting stroke. After purchasing the Putt Out Mirror System, I was able to determine the slew of issues I was having. Granted, it is best to work with a qualified instructor to verify that one is making the correct adjustments to their address, stroke, etc., but this was a great way to determine almost immediately that I was putting toe-up (due to improper length), in-to-out (huge arc in the stroke), and handsy (unable to deliver a square face at impact, which would lead to a combination of pushes or pulls, and cause the ball to strike the gate).I found this tool to provide very abrupt feedback, as well. The plastic "bumpers" on the mirror fully indicate when the putting stroke is off (be it too inside, outside, whichever the user should choose to work to correct), as they can be easily struck if the user is not very deliberate with their stroke. The putting gate has been the biggest source of frustration for me personally, as the tool has indicated to me that my wrist movement is my largest area of opportunity. In reference to results, I purchased the trainer within the last month or so, and use it a few times per week (and have developed a bit of an obsession with trying to achieve perfection). I actually played a full round of 18 holes in the last few weeks, and have seen significant improvement in both the lines which I've been putting, but also in confidence. This used in grouping with a quality putting mat, and balls with a decent alignment line (I've personally been using the Chromesoft X with ERC, though I don't game the ball), and I'm confident that another user would see very similar results.
