Haven't powered these up yet, but did take then apart. Many issues with them. Labels on the bottom of the board (which is not visible unless removed from case) does not match label on the case. could apply AC voltage to the motor output. Internally, there is solder problems and corrosion issues. One case shows that it was smashed on the top, the other has many scratches.
