This amp is of good quality for the money. It a bit heavy but then it is built to last with care.

Also not the same inlay design... so for sound is decent. Not working with a couple petals. Fuzz is just a hum. Clean is pretty amazing and worth the price alone. Could work great for small venue vocal

I needed an amp with an external speaker jack because I already have an external speaker. I was wary of buying this after reading about some buyers noticing a hum problem with it. But not all did so I gambled and, unfortunately, I lost. No hum until I added the external speaker and then a really loud sound like a fog horn went off. I turned every knob down to zero and tried again. Even with the slightest turn of the volume knob, same result. I returned it.

I was surprised at the volume this amp delivers. A buddy of mine who has been playing in bands a long time tried it out. He said he was probably going to get him one because of the sound and weight. It's small enough to carry around unlike his and delivers a lot of sound. The only thing I don't like is it has a little bit of a hum when it is not being used. I don't know if it is the amp or not though. Would definitely recommend this amp.

Power button stopped working after using it twice!!Warranty process is to have to ship back at my expense (way too much $).I would suggest looking at a other company.

I searched high and low for a good practice amp and despite the comments concerning the ever present hum; being desperate, I took my chances and ordered it anyway. Thanks to the seller, the amp arrived promptly and well packaged. I plugged it up to my guitar and sure enough the buzzing hum was louder than my old amp it was meant to replace! Of course I was disappointed and wanted to send it back, especially not being familiar with this brand. So after following the advise from a local music center; I simply plugged the amp into a grounding adapter and bought a new guitar chord [even though the one I had was still good to use] and BAMM!!..the buzzing hum was completely gone. So if you buy this amp also get a new grounding plug and guitar chord along with it. I love this amp. Great price!!

I bought this strictly as a practice amp to use in "my room" at home. The package arrived 3 days earlier than forecast so that was bonus. It came well packed. It worked straight out of the box which is what you would expect. Some reviewers on Amazon.com commented on the distracting hum but in my opinion the background noise is nothing to worry about. It is about the level of a florescent light and can be reduced further by adjusting the equalizer controls. I found that keeping the bass on the equalizer turned down pretty well eliminated the problem. Once I plugged in and started to play the noise cannot be heard. Let's face it, for a $75 amplifier you ain't going to get a Marshall!! It's a great little practice amp that could in a push be used in a small public place. Overall I'm pleased with the amp, and think it's good value for money.

This amp is a quality item for the dollar range (I paid $49.99). There is some question about sound quality and variation in quality. We purchased two of these, and one arrived with some minor issues, constant humming regardless of volume or EQ settings. Amazon did a wonderfully quick swap and the new one arrived without the problem. This is not a 6000W stage amp, nor is it so quiet enough to practice without disturbing the neighbors...it has a full punch output at full gain/volume, and can easily light up a back yard.Specs-Input: 1/4" Mono (not a tip and ring jack)Controls: Volume/Gain and selectable Volume 3-EQ range knobs. There are two volume controls, once for each side of the push button selector.Outputs: 1/4" Mono (for monitor or mixer), 1/4" Dual Mono Headphone jack (tip and ring supplied from the same mono channel).Power: Lighted front panel rocker switchThe box is very slim and small, about a foot by a foot and 8" deep, the rear is partially open, speaker exposed, and allows for cord storage.Pros--Portability, easy of use and set up.-Quality finish (leatherette with steel corners) and good construction, 6" heavy duty lead guitar speaker-Excellent sound and electronics for ANY amp under $100. There are other manufacturers that have small wattage amps and smaller speakers that are $30-$50 more. Go with this one.Cons--Units run hot and cold as to quality, but if it works out of the box, it's good, if not, you'll know it as soon as you power it up. Buy with confidence at Amazon from Amazon and you shouldn't have any worries. These amps power two Squier(tm) by Fender® electric guitars and do a great job.Other accessories for the beginner electric to consider:Cords - , Strap - Straplocks - Hanger -
