It doesn't work, it's smaller than it says. it says that it's eligible for return for another month and it will not let me return it. It, keeps saying it's uniligible now for return. I absolutely hate giving anything a bad review but I have tried repeatedly and it will not let me return it.

Replaced old speakers. Installation was easy since the hole pattern was identical to the old pair. Sounds great.

I do not know how waterproof these are. I installed on a bayliner in the cabin area so we could have music while traveling to fishing spots. The sound seems very good for a smaller speaker. I used 4 in total.

Surprised at how these sound. I have alot of money invested into audio in my car. Did not want to dump alot into boat due to weather and UV. So picked these. I can honestly say I laughed when I installed these. Cheap, plastic look like flea market speakers. But they honestly surprised me, little to no bass. But clean and clear on deck power. I installed speaker baffles as these were mounted free air. Really helped make them sound "warmer". I can honestly say, I would recommend them.4" hole saw for cutouts.

I bought these speakers to place towards the front of my boat. All the speakers from the factory were in the back behind the consoles (OEM's don't think about listening in the bow!) and when I am on the trolling motor in the front I either had to turn the volume up which made it too loud in the back or keep it low and was not able to hear the music in the front. These speakers are awesome! They put out nice clear sound and are actually better than the 6" speakers in the back part of the boat. I definitely recommend these speakers for any spot you want good sound.

Are these the best thing going? No but I paid nothing for them. They are a great speaker for the 20 bucks I paid for them. I got them for my Polaris ranger side by side, and they work just fine. I may get a couple more to make it a little better.

Just installed these along with a Jensen MS30RTL in my little boat. I put them on either side of the center console. The sound is what I expected from small cheap speakers, and is entirely acceptable for my application. They won't wow you, but they aren't terrible. They're tiny and cheap, and for that, I give them an A+. For those thinking of buying, they include speaker wire (very small gauge) and take a 3.75" mounting hole. They're exactly what I expected, and work well in my application.Update: It's now August of 2016 and I'm replacing them. I searched and found nothing that wowed me, so I bought another pair of the same speakers. I'm replacing them because one of them has a blown out voice coil. The plastic has yellowed in the sun, and the screws have rusted, but for nearly four years of service in harsh sun and salt water, I'm not disappointed at all. I plan to drop in the new ones in about 5 minutes and enjoy them until they don't work anymore. Then, I'll just by another pair.

I bought these speakers to replace some bookcase speakers that hung in the way of a cabinet door in my RV. I read other reviews that said the wire connections are real flimsy (they are) so I was real careful connecting the wires and had no problems. Set on normal listening level they sound great. Just what I expected from this price speaker.

Pyle used to be a good name in speakers. Now it appears it's just another crappy Chinese import brand. I bought these for my boat, and the price was certainly right, but the construction is terribly shoddy. Surprisingly, they sound OK.I wasn't 10 minutes into the installation when the wiring terminal strip broke off one speaker. The wires going to the coil are the only thing holding it in place now. Not a good situation. Installing the 2nd speaker I handled it much more gingerly to avoid a repeat, but that one also fatigued with just a touch. I managed to install it without it breaking off completely, but just barely.I expect I'll need to replace these next season, as a speedboat is a punishing application for cheap speakers. I'll spend more for a better pair next time around.
