If you're looking at these reviews your blower motor probably doesn't work on high lol. But before you make a purchase, be aware that there are two different versions of this blower resistor. I highly recommend taking yours out which is very easy to do and verifying that the plugs are the same. I got one of these before, was all excited to change it, pulled mine apart and realized it was the wrong one. Just because Amazon says this will fit doesn't mean it will. Do your research and make sure you order one with the correct plug.

Looks like a direct replacement, came with pig tail and the necessary butt connectors, great price compared to auto part stores, seems to be equal quality to higher end resistors I’ve purchased in the past, works well I have all my speeds back
