QEP Xtreme Tile Leveling Clips, Part A of a two-part system, ensure that tiles are leveled and consistently spaced when installing floor or wall tile. Recommended for use with Xtreme Tile Leveling Wedges (Part B, sold separately), these clips produce even grout lines and align neighboring tile of the same thickness delivering a leveled surface. For quick and easy removal, Clips are designed to break off below the surface of the tile with a kick or strike of a floor mallet, while Wedges can be saved and reused. QEP Xtreme Tile Leveling System eliminates uneven tiles and delivers professional tile installation results.

I meant to buy the regular clips. Didn't realize I ordered the Xtreme version. They are larger, easier to tighten and stronger than the regular version, which is smaller. Installs quickly with one hand. Removes quickly with a foot. The 1/16 inch size does leave one single piece of plastic sticking out that requires pliers to remove. This happens too often, but the wedges and clips do not need manually separated after they are kicked off (like the regular version). So time is saved overall.
