This is the proverbial, "better mouse trap," for Ford truck owners. (6.0 Super Duty.) The OEM plug is made of steel and the threads corrode with exposure to water. I actually had one drop out while on the road, leaving me stranded. This one is BRASS! No corrosion! Plus the easy turn valve means you don't have to loosen the plug itself to drain water. This is a winner!
