This is a very nicely built stand. It cost a little more than other stands I have bought in the pass, but It is a better built stand. This is a good price for this stand. It has a wide top bar that you could fasten more to it.

I am currently setting up a lighting rig for stage lighting to use in my solo act and needed some budget light stands for my can lights. This stand by Qoope worked satisfactorily…after an additional trip to my local hardware store for missing parts. This stand is light-weight but sturdy. The tripod legs have a good spread to balance this stand with its lack of weight.Quick to put together and easy locking make this a breeze to assemble and disassemble.I play piano and sit during my performance meaning that my backdrop and lights do not need to extend very high which makes this 35-71 inch ( approx 3-foot to 6-foot) tall light stand a suitable elevation for my needs. Make sure you consider the height before purchase. However, this stand did not come with the screws and wing nuts for mounting lights, which is supposed to be included. In fact, the very first piece of information the seller gives you is:“[Please Note] If the screws are missing, please contact us and we will resend them for free!”This makes me believe, you may be missing these parts as well. I did not have time to wait for the replacement pieces as shipping times were very long on this product. So instead, I went and bought the missing pieces myself. For this, it loses a star rating.Regardless, this light-weight, sturdy light stand is an excellent and effective budget option for stage lights or speaker stand, so long as you are prepared to be patient or ready to obtain any missing pieces that the seller is aware may or may not be included with this stand.
