The bolts are too soft and they all stripped out way before the torque spec of 65 ft lbs.

Review for Motive gear, ring gear spacer. While the product seems to be well made a vital step in manufacture was not done. The inside edge of the spacer should be beveled on at least one side. The inside shoulder on my carrier, zexel-torsen, has a rolled, not sharp shape. The gear has a bevel to accommodate this so that it sits flat on the flange.
