Was disappointed that this corset kit did not have boning in the two looping parts. It is too flimsy to use for our customer.

High quality pieces and the kit came with everything! I needed an inexpensive fix for my USMC ball dress (an old prom dress that is now a couple sizes too small) because we are on a tight budget this year! I brought this corset kit and my dress to a seamstress friend and she was able to get it done within the hour!The only thing I find that didn’t work out for me, was that the zipper on the dress went further down than the corset kit. But that’s not the manufacturer’s fault. We decided to just leave that small bit of zipper in the bottom of the dress and it worked out perfectly!

It wished our great for a last minute thing I had to do for my dress. I wish they offered a shorter version but I made it work with the timeframe I had.

I always have trouble finding dresses that fit my bust but aren't too big for my waist. Added this to a dress instead of a zipper and it was SO cute!! Fit great and was so easy to sew, I sewed it in 10 minutes.

As a professional seamstress, I have made countless corsets from scratch. I discovered these recently, and I’ve purchased many of them to use in bridal gowns when the bride needs more room in her dress. These work wonderfully to replace the zipper and are a lovely accent to a wedding gown.

I got a 16" corset and it had 11 loops that are 1.5 inches apart and the lace is 5/8". The one on top (from another supplier) was what I expected to get. They claim this is their standard but I find it unusable because your gown will look like it has an ugly diagonal trellis at the back plus you can see the seam on the lacing. I insist on a return but they won't give me a shipping label so I had to go through Amazon's customer service to get a refund. It is up to you if find the look acceptable or not.
