In late December I ordered a replacement e bike battery from QTQ As I was planning a trip I contacted the company through Amazon to request special shipping. The response was immediate and the shipping was handled as requested. Upon returning home I discovered the battery would not fit my bike. Again I contacted support and explained my problem. They worked with me to attempt to find a suitable replacement but unfortunately none were available. Support then send me a prepaid return label so that I could return the product. My total experience with this company and particularly the support team was professional and superior in every respect. I give them an A++.
