Works as intended. I loved if fits on the Quadlock connection and "fill the whole". The quality is really good. However, be aware that blocks wireless charging.ATTENTION: I have a wireless charger that is able to charge with the ring, but the ring gets really hot in a matter of 30s. So hot that I'm afraid it would melt the plastic of the case, damage the phone or even worst, set on fire!

I like the feel of the ring and it has some stiffness to the opening and closing so it can handle a variety of positions. I would buy again!

Somehow mine bent; QuadLock replaced it no questions asked, with a new one. These are a life saver when you’re not riding, and have saved me dropping my iPhone a number of times. Also works perfectly as a stand when you need hands-free.

Works well. Ive never liked the pop socket things, but the recessed ring design fitting into the quadlock channel is very practical. Just know that in all likelihood this will prevent wireless charging, so you'll have to remove it for that.

Great when used as a prop/stand for your phone, and it is super low-profile (adds no thickness at all to the case). I pop it off easily when I need to mount my phone on my QuadLock bike mount and then just pop it back in after the ride. Such a great design.....but despite that, it's still difficult to justify the price for a couple metal rings joined by a hinge. Definitely paying extra for the fact that it's part of the QuadLock "system" that itself is also not cheap.

Quad lock is an outstanding company that makes amazing products to lock phones to motorcycles or mobile devices and this is a nice way to use the quad Lock Mount when it is not connected to a device

Functions at it should. Doesn't fall out of the case for me like some other reviewers have mentioned. Perfect amount of tension in the hinge so it moves easily without flopping around.I did find the hole to be a bit small for me though. I ground out the flat portion to make it a bit more comfortable for me. I am a fairly big guy at 6'3 230 pounds. So maybe it would be fine as-is for most people?
