This Queenmore dog life vest is really good. The reflective stripes are a great safety feature, making my dog easy to spot, even in low light. The front neck float keeps my dog’s head above the water, and the bright red color makes visibility easy.The vest is made from good quality materials with strong stitching and built-in flotation layers. It doesn’t restrict my dog’s movement, so she’s comfortable and can still swim freely. The dual handles make it super easy to lift her out of the water, and the quick-release buckles are convenient for fast on and off. The adjustable nylon strap closure makes a secure fit, and the ring for leash attachment is an added bonus.I got the small size, and it fits my mini Dachshund perfectly. Overall, this is a well-made, practical, and comfortable vest which I can recommend. Five stars for me.

My wife wants to take our 40lb dog on her paddle board. For safety reasons we really wanted a life vest. He's a smaller Labradoodle mix so I got a medium. It fits but it kind of rides up on his neck if you use the grab handle. I think going up to a large though would have been too big. I watched him swim a bit with it on and it doesn't seem to ride up and cause issues so I think it's the right size.Over all it seems build well. the material is strong and the buckles don't feel cheap. The vest does have a place for a leash but I don't know if it would be stout enough if your dog pulls hard. Since his main collar has his licenses I leave it on so I didn't use it. Over all I would say it's pretty good.

I haven't had the chance to test this in water just yet but so far it fits really well. I have a 50lb golden retriever whose on the lean side and I got a large that fits perfectly and hes super comfortable in it, he wasnt irritated or trying to get it off. The material seems really sturdy and I dont think it will rip and the buckles are thick, sturdy buckles. Overall it's not made of cheap flimsy material from what i can tell. It's got two handles on the back and a thick ring to hook a leash to if you want.The reason I took a star off is that theres no directions with it (not that it REALLY needs it) and i can't quite understand the chin float thing. It has its own velcro so it wraps around the chest strap like you see in the pictures. The issue is, the chest strap is two pieces that velcro together and then has a buckle for extra support. The chin float is not thick enough to wrap around both of the pieces but is so wide that if you wrap it around just one piece it covers all of the velcro from the two chest pieces and they can't really velcro together anymore. The buckle still keeps the vest together enough that it's not gonna completely float apart in the water but without the velcro the two pieces kinda just move around a lot and when you have a dog paddling I feel like it's could be an issue. I would not say it's a reason to not buy this vest! You always have the option not to even use the chin float at all. I think its a great product but thats just one very odd design flaw in my opinion. If they made the chin float a little longer that it could wrap around both pieces instead of one you'd still have the velcro and everything would stay secure. (I hope all of that made sense?)

This is a very nice vest. I have 2 Pomeranians and this is the second doggie life vest we have tried and we are very happy with this one. The red coloration makes it supper easy to see pup in the water and keep track of her. The other vest we have is a lime/ neon green color and it works well in the same visual aspect but not as well as this bright cherry red. The vest has 2 handles making it easy to lift my Pomeranian in and out of the water or to grab in case of an emergency. This vest also has a new feature that we have not seen before it has a float for under doggies face so her nose doesn't go underwater and it works well. Will update with photos of pups wearing in the water soon!! I'm very happy with this product we will use it all summer long in the ocean, Missouri River/ streams and Florida springs. Highly recommend this durable product to keep pup safe!!
