A: No, and this number displays haven't the battery, it needs to plug into the power while using it.

A:Sorry, this calling system only can be entered one number at one time.
Q:How to mute it completely, no ding dong or other prompt voice?
A:Spin the volume button on right side of display screen, or press the UP/DOWN key on remote control, you can adjust the volume easily.
Q:How to work?
A:You only need to give the customer a queue number(take a number from ticket dispenser), when it is the turn, press the NEXT key on the calling button, the screen receiver will display and broadcast, then the customer will go to the service place.
