I’ve used generic knock off silicone backings before in everything from my uniform pins to my daughter’s club award pins before trying Quik-Pin dammits and the problem with others is they tend to work their way off on clothing, especially when you need to stick the pin through thicker layers of clothing and you don’t have much pin for the backing to stick on. I feel the Quik-Pin version is not only smoother feeling but it really grips the pin. They almost feel like wax. Well worth going with these!
