Delicious, and a great replacement for coffee. I like to add a touch of cream even though it already has powdered milk to make it extra luscious. I don't add any sugar. The tea mix is naturally ever so slightly sweet and I like the flavor of it. I have two suggestions for improvements: 1) make a spicier version 2) make an organic and spicier version.

It’s almost impossible to find an unsweetened Indian chai, without artificial or odd alternative sweeteners.. It includes milk, so it’s ready to drink with hot water. I add some honey. Of course, you can add any and as much sweetener you want. It’s expensive, so I consider it a luxurious treat, but it’s worth the price for me. I’m always experimenting with making my own chai, but so far I haven’t devised any as tasty as this.

Love this tea and I start each morning with a cup. Powdered mix comes in individual sachets and I add my own sugar to taste. Really good tasting chai.

Love the price and taste. I'm partial to Star Anise, so I use this as a base and add a little bit of another unsweetened masala chai with star anise to create the flavor profile I like. Great afternoon beverage that is so satisfying. I will buy again as long as the price is right.

This is super creamy and slightly caramel-tasting (tastes almost like you put sweetened condensed milk in it) and delicious, but it lacks that little bit of black pepper bite that I look forward to when I get chai. I am enjoying it for what it is and am buying some black pepper extract to see if that gives it the black pepper bite that I like. If it works, it will be the perfect cup of chai! If you don't look forward to that black pepper bite, this is already your perfect cup of chai!

This stuff is amazing. It is so smoooOOooth. I got the unsweetened, because…. it literally doesn’t need sugar. Believe me when I say I love my sweets cake candy you name it. I’m trying to cut out sugar. This tea makes it easy. Silky and effortless , hints of spice, creamy, goes down easy. it’s a chai dessert . This is a win win win for this admittedly sugar addict. Yum in the tum, an escape from the numb and glum!Tips: I brew a chai teabag (to increase caffeine and spice) along with a crushed cardamom for an extra pop! , strain it all out, then use this powdered mixture as my “creamer” or milk replacement.Another tip: if you are a loyal customer to this brand, I recommend eitherA: getting the four box bundle. It’s a huge money saveORgoing to their website and ordering your drink in a 1-1/2 pound bag! Yes! That’s available! Go check it out. After I am out of mine,I plan on ordering this next.
