There is no one better in the quilt business than Eleanor Burns. Assembly- line cutting and assembly- line sewing and everything comes out perfectly. I made 2 with a jelly roll I had laying around and plan on making two more!

Quilt in a Day patterns are simple to make and allow you to modify them easily for another size. The template is great and best of all, the pattern works with jelly rolls for even faster completion.

I was not sure about this pattern because of the price but it was worth every penny and more. I’m making a quilt for my daughter and really wanted to try the French braid. This approximately 5x8” booklet is clear, has colored CLEAR illustrations, directions - and a thick plastic template!. I am cutting the strips now. Can’t wait to finish. Thank you for an exemplary product that will serve me well! I will use it more than once (first one will be golds and blacks, 2nd will match nicely with lime green cushions on a small porch. 👏🏻👏🏻

I’m a new quilter and it’s usually difficult for me to learn something new without being shown personally or at least watching a video. But a friend suggested the French braid pattern and I bought this template and instruction booklet. Apparently, the author thinks like me because the directions were clear and it was illustrated perfectly. It’s exciting to be able to make a new pattern that looks difficult.

This new pattern for a beautiful "Braid Quilt" arrived today and I can hardly wait for the weekend to get started! The instructions are easy, they are in COLOR. It has a supply and size chart for crib size, lap size, twin, double, queen and king sized quilts! They provided a pathway for SUCCESS for even beginner to get started. You will enjoy this pattern. I ordered what I believed to be a BOOK. This is a pattern pamphlet. It does have a template, which is clear perspex without any markings at all, so any triangular ruler with a 45 degree edge would do easily, and so really is not a necessary tool for this pattern at all. I would never have paid so much money for a pattern and plain piece of plastic. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Much better to buy French Braid Obsession by Jane Hardy Miller which is a brilliant book with lots of instructions, illustrations and patterns. Would NOT RECOMMEND this PAMPHLET TO ANYONE.

It shipped in a acceptable time frame. It is just not what I expected however that is my fault. I thought it was a book of her designs not just a pattern. It would be great for others just not for me. Found it expensive for just a pattern. Probably will not use it.

Eleanor Burns can always be counted on to provide precise instructions.When this product arrived I was a bit disappointed. I was expecting more than one pattern, however everything you need is included.I could never do this in a day, but it's a great pattern.

Eleanor does the best quilt patterns in the world!She taught me how to do my first quilt---the log cabin.She takes nothing for granted and spells things out for you so that no detail is left out. Makes for a better result because she assumes you know nothing about what to do next. This is great for beginners and once you are no longer a beginner it doesn't hurt to have the extra information. You can just overlook what you don't need to know.This is a beautiful and easy pattern.Highly recommended.
