I have a slightly elevated deck without a railing (it's low enough that a railing is not required) and its nice to have these to mark the perimeter at night. They give a really nice indigo blue glow to the deck and are visible from quite a long distance. The led's are focused with a strong lens that makes them into a very directional beam of light. This was sent to me as a Vine item and it is one of the few Vine products that I immediately bought more of. I laid out the pattern without any glue or screws and waited for darkness to adjust it. I suggest you do the same and see how your pattern looks before attaching it to anything. They come with screw holes (and screws) as well as some double sided tape. I will use screws, but typically replace "free" screws with better ones. After I saw how the light was almost like a laser, I spaced them out a bit further and changed the arrangement in the corners.

I ordered the Quntis Solar Deck Lights Outdoor Waterproof, 12 Pack LED Driveway Dock Lights Lighting, Dusk to Dawn Fast Charging, Warning Step Light for Driveway Sidewalk Pathway Stair Garden Yard, Warm White, and I'm really happy with them. There are 12 of them here, and there are lights on two different sides. You'll want to give them a full day's charge first before you use them. You can set these types up, but because they have lighting on two different sides, they are best to be permanently arranged after you see what they look like at night and can move them around to get the best look. So, I just put them in a general area on my deck since I didn't know how far the light would pass on each side. I collect solar lights and my backyard is fully lit up at night, and if you do that you may realize quickly that they all have different colored lights even if they are supposed to be white light. These are pretty bright, and there is hardware to install them permanently with screws and they also send double stick tape which I'm happy with since that is what I will be using eventually. For now I just have them sitting on my deck and they are fine without any tape unless someone bumps them or heavy wind comes. What really surprised me was I got up one morning and these were still fully lit at 6:30 in the morning after the sun came up (After receiving a full day's sun the day prior). They are advertised to be long-lasting like that, and that was impressive since there are only a couple of lights in my backyard that can make it that long overnight. I'm in the Pacific Northwest, and longevity, is a huge part regarding solar lights which I will need to come back and update if I notice anything but so far these are great and look really nice, thank you.

I admit to being a little confused when I opened the solar driveway lights. My husband did install them easily. We used the adhesive which worked perfectly.I expected them to feel more substantial but they are lightweight, I did not test out the ability to withstand 3 tons, but they do look nice at the end of my driveway. The sidewalk butts up against the driveway I tend to pull up to far I’m hoping these will make it easier. I like that they are automatic dusk till dawn. They charged easily and are lighting up perfectly. I feel this will make the area safer and lighting up the home at night does make it more secure. I’ve seen better prices however if they stand up as advertised to dust, dirt, weather and weight of an accidental tire I think they will be worth it. They look very nice lit up. I will update in a few weeks if I need to update my review.

These Quntis LED solar deck lights are good quality with 4 high beam LED lights which shine a beautiful blue color out two sides of the lights. The lenses are convex and feel like thick glass but I don't know if it is or not. They are waterproof with an IP65 rating and are fully sealed to keep out dirt and moisture. The frame on these lights is made with ABS material and are very durable with a high compression resistance of up to 3 tons of pressure. They can operate in very cold as well as very hot temps from -4 up to 140 degrees which is great since I live in Colorado where it gets a wee bit nippy in the winter! There is a silicone covered power button on the bottom which must be powered on prior to securing them down to a deck or any flat surface, even the side of a house with the included screws or tape. They only shine light out 2 parallel sides of the frame which will create a nice blue light border when several of them are used together. They would also look great as a border down both sides of a driveway but would need secured to the ground with some landscape material pins or other method. The surface of these lights has an anti-scratch/wear resistance treatment to keep them looking like new. The overall diameter of these lights is 4 1/4" x 1 1/4" in height, so they are a good size. There is one mode of light on these which is a static blue, so no flashing/strobe option. Based upon the quality and beautiful bright blue color of these LED solar deck lights I recommend them to others.
