Perfect! I had a vintage westbrass pop up tub drain that was tapped in 5/16-18 and the new drain kit would not work with the included 1/4-20 oval head screw. Ordered this and saved swapping drain cups on a leak free tub. All I had to do was add red loctite and cut the stainless screw shorter and was in business.

Bought this twice in case the first one was just a poorly cut thread. Not the case unfortunately. The female end of the fitting is not 1/4-20, as checked with multiple studs of this thread and a thread tester and 2 different purchases of this fitting, I was unable to get more than 1 thread screwed in before the fitting bound up. Disappointed

Purchased this to add a Bronco antenna to my Gladiator but antenna doesn’t fit the adapter so I took the adapter to work into the maintenance shop and a 1/4-20 bolt will thread into the female adapter and a 1/4-20 nut will thread onto the antenna but the antenna won’t thread onto the adapter. Please someone make it make sense!

Used as an adapter to fit a Ford Bronco antenna to a Jeep Wrangler antenna thread. Works perfectly and now my radio reception works fine in rural areas without the discarded factory Jeep antenna banging on my paint. Recommended.
