The roof assembly on this product was crazy I don't know how you can get it together properly. Attaching it with hinges? They didn't line up properly they were too close to the edge which split the wood when you did get the screws in. Overall very hard to assemble but the roof was the worst . This is a very small hutch.

I bought this hutch about a month ago for my first bunny. It is a nice hutch, was easy to put together, and is easy to keep clean. I use pee pads in the tray so you just have to pick them up and throw away. I use a homemade vinegar/dawn/lemon juice and water solution to clean the hutch. The bunny seems to like his home too. I am looking to get a larger hutch though, because I think my bun needs a bit more room, so we will use this smaller one at our other house where we spend the weekends. The bunny did chew the plastic urine guards, so I may have to replace them. I like that the walls in the enclosed area are covered with wire netting. The only wood that is really exposed is the paneI between the sleeping area and the living area. So far the bunny has not chewed the panel. I keep the hutch in my office, and let him free roam a couple times during the day. We have hawks in this area so I don't want to keep him outside. I like that the roof opens so its very easy to clean the hutch, and feed my bunny. I also like the wire grid on the bottom to keep the bunny clean. This was a good purchase.

I ordered for my indoor rabbit pet but when I opened the box looks damaged and some liquid dry stains on and smelled horrible ,I closed the box without looking how’s more inside part because of horrible smelled I quickly closed box.

Wood is cheap and even though there were pre-drilled holes some of the wood still split. It smells awful, I’m worried about my rabbit inhaling the fumes. It was easy to put together, and it does the job. The tray doesn’t slide easily either so it will be a mess to clean I’m sure. Will probably upgrade in the future. I hope the smell fades.

The layout of the hutch is great seems structurally sound and has all the components needed.Downsize - Poor quality things don't align right or they fill needed holes.If you have a drill you can correct many of these issues.- Bad smell from the roof pieces. Let it air out for a few days!

Rabbits are somewhat destructive so that is why we needed a new hutch and this one seems like it will last longer than the other one we had. Very easy to access the rabbit, nice to have it on wheels but the casters could be better, easy to clean but you do have to be gentle and patient with the tray, and fairly easy to assemble (12 and 9 year old put together). Overall pretty satisfied especially for the price.
