My rabbit loves these. There were only 10 in the package so they won't last long. I give him a variety of treats and he always munches on this one as soon as I give it to him. I give the whole little brick and I put it in his little hay feeder. The brick has some flexibility, so I can wedge it into the feeder. We will get these again.

I have four guinea pigs and they love any kind of treats or enrichment I can provide. These herb sheets are fantastic and they all immediately started gnawing on them. (I tried to have both bonded pairs share, but they ended up playing tug of war with them!) They are nice and compact and I love that they are individually packed so they can each stay fresh until I am ready to use them. They last a couple of days in my piggies' cages, and stay nice and fresh. I love the variety of flowers, herbs, grasses, etc. that are in these and it's cute to see my guinea pigs devour them! These are a fantastic addition to my piggy snack bin.

When I initially viewed the online image of the product that is shown adjacent to various small animals (i.e., a guinea pig, two different rabbit breeds, and a gerbil), I was left with the impression that the chewable grassy/herbal mats were much larger than they actually are. I thought I might have to cut them into smaller squares to better suit my tiny Roborovski hamster. However, when I read the product description, I quickly realized the compressed herbs are already cut into small sizes and correspond to the stated measurements (approximately 4 x 3 inches), making them easy for small mammals to grasp and maneuver. With regard to scale, the image should be modified to accurately reflect the product size, which may disappoint customers who do not read the detailed product description in its entirety. In addition, the online image shows a plethora of flowers embedded in each mat. The reality is different. There are few of the flowerheads that most pet herbivores love, and a lot of greens. Given the product's small size and low content of flowerheads, the product is expensive at $1.00 USD per mat. On a positive note, each of the 10 herbal squares are vacuum packed to maintain freshness and to prevent exposure to moisture and infestation by mites. Overall, it is a good product and adds interest to the life of your furry herbivore--although gerbils (one of the species in the online image) are omnivores--so I cannot speak for them.My wee hamster is using her first herbal mat as a combination snack and entrance "rug" to her burrow. As you can see by the photo I attached, she has begun to nibble on the mat's edges to make it conform to the outer edge of her "door". How cute is that!?Although I would rate the product with 3 stars because of its high price and the misleading photograph regarding product size and appearance, my hamster seems to enjoy her compressed greens, and she votes to award 5 stars. We agreed on a compromise, and I am awarding four stars.
