I recently ordered a few different tailgate pads and this one is by far the best quality!

Bought this for a 97 F150 and it installed easily enough. Just have to remember to cinch the straps at the top of the tailgate to arrange pads properly (watch their install vid if you aren't sure). Only complaint I could possibly have would be the downtube straps are too long for a steel frame bike but even then I have put a couple hundred miles on highway, surface roads and dirt doubletrack without any issues at all. Looks good from an aesthetic POV and it works great from a practical POV, would recommend to a someone I wanted to keep as a friend.

Not wide enough at top for 22 silverado tailgate. Also really hard to send straps from bottom of tailgate up. Would be a lot better if straps went down through tailgate so gravity worked with you. All that holds bike in place is one velcro strap, would have liked something stronger. Overall is not bad just not great either

So these are a great option for hauling bikes in the back of a truck. At first my biggest complained what’s a design error that the straps are backwards. Rather than attach them to the back they are attached at the front requiring they be fed up the bottom front of the tailgate which is way harder than if they were the other way around. The other issue is this is a low quality single stitched product, but it’s being sold at a premium price. Do not leave it on your truck as it will break down from UV also. If this was a $65 product that would fine, but at nearly $200, I’d expect better materials and quality.
