The slave cylinder arrived when promised and packed appropriately. It works as intended.

Throw out the wingnut! It will deform over time causing your clutch to constantly lose adjustment. I tried welding a hardened nut to it and the darn thing isn't even weldable. I would reccommend drilling and tapping the original nut to 5/16-24 and using that.

Works Great! Using it on an air cooled vw sand rail with an aftermarket hydraulic clutch master cylinder and steel brake line.I’ve had this on for about 1 year and many rides. I’ve only had to bleed it one time when I was setting it up, and adjusting it was really easy. It’s sat all winter and I just took it out for the first time and all I had to do was pump it three times and it was back up to its usual stiffness. MAKE SURE TO BLEED THOROUGHLY and to have the slave cylinder bleeding nipple pointing upwards and make sure it’s above the master cylinder, it’s best to bleed it while the slave cylinder is almost directly above the master cylinder if possible. It gets all the air bubbles out really good.I originally bought a cheap one and it only lasted for one ride before blowing hydraulic fluid all over the place. (can’t remember the brand I just remember it was purple). DO NOT BUY A CHEAP SLAVE CYLINDER.
