I have the Crossfire Long Range Modules on one of my RC cars and this transmitter had no problem sinking up with those modules. In fact, this transmitter gave me more capabilities that I didn't previously have with my old transmitter. Transmission range was spot-on, I didn't have any dropouts. This is not a pro level transmitter, however it's not a cheap amateur one either. It's a nice middle-of-the road transmitter that has many features.
