It works great. I loaded the cartridges in points up, slid the magazine in and pushed 10 in at a time. It was smooth and worked great. These magazines get tight and hard to load by hand when near full. This was flawless and fast. Happy I bought it.

It doesn't require more strength than perhaps the description implies. However, it does have to be exact in how you put the magazine in the device, and how you push down the rounds. It really is a breeze to load 10 rounds, and even unload a magazine without destroying your thumb.
