Rage SHOCK COLLARS prevent the blades on your Rage broadheads from prematurely deploying if you happen to bump your arrow or broadhead while on stand or stalking. shock collars are designed to break upon impact and will need to be replaced after each shot. Blades should rest on the solid portion of the shock collar, not in the cuts. Inspect the shock collar for any damage prior to use to ensure proper function. Approximate quantity is 15-20 per container.

The red collar hypodermic don’t open up at 405 ft./s shot through several deer and they never opened. I put these black collared ones on in the broadheads open up perfectly.

I've shot one and it does what it's supposed to do, but like another review mentioned, it is silly to have to spend $1.50 for every shot when there are other mechanical broadheads that don't require the collar.But the silly thing that bugs me the most is that they were shown as being in a tube that fit into the Rage case that was meant for this. The tube they came in clearly won't fit the case as shown in the first picture without cutting the foam as shown in the second picture.Not a big deal, but that's why only 3 stars.
