Simple Installation for Standard Gutters
First, place the rectangular installation piece over the gutter hole. The gutter hole must be at least 2.3 inches wide to fit the adapter piece.
Place the adapter unit through the hole once the rectangular installation piece is over the gutter hole. You can now hang your rain chain from the U-bracket at the bottom of the adapter.

Hanging your Rain Chains from our adapter kit couldn't be easier. Simply release the U-bracket and slip a link onto the rain chain holder.
2.75" Inches of Offset From the Gutter Hole
Most drainage areas are slightly offset from the rain gutter. This rain chain adapter kit moves the drainage point approximately 2.75 inches away from the gutter. This allows for better alignment with drainage areas in most applications.

The product is well made and adjustable, but doesn't fit older narrow gutters. It won't go all the way to the bottom which kind of defeats the purpose.

My darn Maple tree causes this to plug up, possibly due to the little bar that runs through it ( from one side to the other) to hold the cups mounted below it.

This rain chain holder is much higher quality than others I have tried on the market! You can tell that it is actually made of stainless steel and not just coated in shiny paint. I highly recommend this for any rain chain setup, especially if your drain isn’t directly under your gutter

Wanted the bronze color that was pictured, instead the item was silver/steel.
