I have max cushion brooks in wide and bought the 4x, despite wearing a women's 9, and they only just fit length wise. Lots of excess flopping around on the front and back. But they worked and were actually waterproof. Just need to be wider. Heads up that the cuff is rough so I wore them over my bottom layer of pants, but you wouldn't want to do that with only 1 layer of pants so you'll want tall socks so your shins don't get rubbed raw.

These are really light and practical. I like that they are not too long like other ones that reach the knee and are heavier as a result. Worth the money.

I've had to wear these a few times now when it was pouring down rain & I came back inside with completely dry feet! These are easy to put over your shoes & easy to synch up to prevent water from getting in. Very pleased!

It took me a couple rounds to get the right size. My shoe is 11 women's but I needed this 4X to get my shoes into them. Once in - these things rock! I did a day at Mt. Hood on the tubing slopes and my feet had traction and stayed dry. Size up and give them a try!

Ordered an XL for a men's size 8. Feels every snug. Would work in a pinch for mud or rain but I would recommend going a size up if you're towards the top of a range. Covers has a chemical odor to them when received. I left them in my garage to air out. Not sure if I'd buy these again.

I bought these to wear when I go to the salt flats in Uyuni Bolivia. They fit well over my shoes and won’t take up much space in my luggage. I ordered one size up from what was recommended and am glad I did. I don’t think the smaller size would have worked.

My family and I encountered an unexpected snowstorm on vacation with over a foot of snow. I only had sneakers with me, so when I saw the forecast, I had these delivered to the hotel. They worked so well! Waterproof and held up to a couple full days of walking around town. I can't speak to longevity, but at this price point, I was really impressed with the waterproofness.
