Works well, I let it run for 15-20 minutes and it watered to a good depth for the raised garden bed. Seems well made but time will tell. Customer service from this company is top notch, they replaced a timer I bought from them with no hassle and very quickly.

This soaker hose works great. It was really simple to install and although the tap leaked on my first test I just disconnected it and used the plumber’s tape and new gasket that comes included and now no leaks! I’m very happy with this product

I like how it's very flexible to fit around tight turns and spaces. It can be rolled up into a tiny roll when it's time to store away, which is convenient. Not sure if materials used are suitable for food / produce, but so far seems like a great product!

I previously purchased a flat hose because the HOA was on my butt for having a brown front yard. I HATE cutting grass, so why bother watering it? Grass will grow back in the spring rains.... Anyways, bought a flat soaker to do the BARE amount of watering, to keep the lawn green. My old one (still working) is green but due to 100% plastic construction, I would always worry about grass burn in the summer. RAINPOINT's flat soaker hose (while unfortunately mostly black in color) - is constructed a bit better than my plastic one. I 100% expect this to last more than one summer (only time will tell) --- my other flat hose, because it is 100% plastic, I suspect it will crack eventually and I will need to buy a new one..... No warranty on that one, either. RAINPOINT directions explicitly state to NOT connect more than two (total 50ft) flat hoses, as the pressure is already reduced (in order to water less) - having dealt with this company's warranty process before on another item (user error), I am confident if I have any issues, they will fix it fairly quickly. Comes with all necessary materials - extra washer and plumber tape, should you need it. Solid product and recommended.
