I bought this as a mother's day gift. We assembled it together. Was fairly easy. Planted tomatoes and they grew like crazy. She loved that she could roll it around the deck.

Assembly was easy once you figure out the instructions. Material is plastic so feels flimsy. The trellis is very light and placement in the pot is through an awkward holes. My trellis tilts forward because of this.

I have an indeterminate cherry tomato in mine that is doing great. It is on a deck that gets pretty hot sun and seems to dry out easily. I have added mulch to help and check the moisture level every day. I also like the wheels as it allows me to move it away from side if the house during the hottest part of the day when there is more heat reflected.

I put a tomato plant in it but, it's rather small! Probably not worth it for the price! Does look nice. I don'tknow what else I could use it for.

First of all I rarely write reviews but felt I had to do this one.I recently ordered two of the PLANTOP Raised Garden Bed Tomato Planters after buying other brands of planters, all which I returned for various reasons, I found these. These planters fit the bill. I was blown away at the quality of these planters. They were made in China so I expected a bit of junk. This is not the case. All parts are of high quality. They are heavy duty plastic. When assembling I expected to have parts that would not fit together easily due to plastic tabs not being well made. I was wrong. The tabs on the various plastic parts were neat and clean. They snapped together without any issues. The trellis is also well made and it is steel. All in all this is just what I needed and the value for the money is there. I recommend this product, especially for tomatoes plants.

Problem with picture:1. gives the impression it is 2 planters-so I had to quickly order another.as already had plants.2. Picture shows a spool of green line on top right, not in box!!3. Picture shows round circular clips under spool, not in box!!Problem with product:1.assembly directions are poor.2. Directions use letters to assemble, but first box had no letters on the rubber banded tubes. How do you know what was “E”, “D” etc???. Second box had 1 tube that had a letter on the rubber banded tubes. Also used a poor sticker to label tubes that easily comes. Good luck next year assembling!! Better somehow mark your pieces!!3. Corner pieces are not of good quality. 2 “T”pieces broke when trying to assemble.4. You’d think there would be some “click” , or “feeling” that the tube fit snug in place, but most did not. Did not hold5. While assembling, since the pieces wouldn’t fit in snug, the planter tubes would “come falling down” as you building the planter—Very irritating!!I plan on contacting Amazon to the misleading picture and poor quality product that they dare try to sell.

I did a ton of research looking for something that is self watering, with wheels, for my deck. Putting this together was fairly easy. There's no instructions about lining up the outer edge of the four corners in case you buy more than one and want to hook them together. As you can see in the pictures, it's leaking from one of the wheels. I moved it to be sure. Huge disappointment. Already filled and planted. I'm not going to disassemble and return. I will just see if I can lift it and fill with silicone or something. Bummer dude.

This came together pretty easy and the trellis part seems to be sturdy. But after reading the item description I thought there were two in a box but there is only 1. The directions were simple but missed out on some steps. Don't get overwhelmed when you open the box to so many pieces it is easier than it seems.
