I bought this to use recovering from surgery after 2 uses the seat had tear in the bottom side from the contact with the frame. Wouldn’t last long if you needed it to.

This was a life saver during my recovery from hip surgery. I tried many others and found them either too narrow or the opening in the seat too small. You can either use with removable pans or place over toilet with no effort as we did. The side pocket helps keep useful items readily available. The product is well made and sturdy so no fear of falling when getting up or sitting. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a raised or bedside toilet chair.

I had a nasty slip & fall accident and my family needed to turn our home into a safe space for me with limited mobility and a walker.This commode was the perfect choice.Easy to put together, very sturdy, high quality, adjustable and a comfortable seat.This was a life saver for me. Would definitely work for long term use also.

It is a bit of a challenge to put together, but doable. I am finally able to stand up without my knees groaning. The toilet paper holder was not usable in my tiny bathroom. But not an issue for me, I just left it off. I could have turned it around but I am already comfortable with a way I plan to continue. I am left handed, so no matter what it was not usable for me. At review recommendations, I did purchase a splash guard. I believe that is a good idea. I am tall so the chair is only one hole down for me. There is a lot of open space! I would have awarded five stars if the toilet paper holder could go on the left side too. I have a bad back an twisting to reach toilet paper would not happen! Using my right arm is difficult. I need a left hand option. For the money I think that should be an option!

I sure wish I had returned this before 30 days! I just opened this seat to assemble before my hip replacement surgery and I have no idea where to start. No labels, no instructions, no on line videos... nothing. Now I know whybitnis a highly RETURNED ITEM!!!!!
