  • If you're experiencing audio issues when using multiple controllers at the same time, you can fix this by adjusting the headphone chat mixer in the "Audio and Music" settings

This remote pushes its own buttons. It doesn't work correctly it just is not a good remote. Fist day with it and sending it back. Also makes my games glitchy

I really like this controller so far had it for about 5 months now. No problems I don't mess with changing the joysticks, but the programmable buttons and Rapid Fire mode are pretty neat. Overall good quality it's wireless uses USB works on my Xbox and PC great. The only issue I've noticed is that connecting to the dongle can be a little long but I think that's a personal computer problem since it's not like this on my Xbox.

The controller feels great. Device I am playing on is Xbox Series X. I miss using Xbox controllers but this feels very close to them. I am a fan of paddles, but Xbox elite controllers have shoulders that easily break. Had this controller for several weeks and have not hade any sound issues with the 3.5 mm jack. The sound feels like a quarter second behind, but nothing critical. Can be used wireless or wired.The only issues I have had.1) The 3.5 mm jack will not keep my headset plug inserted, so sometimes I will still have sound but can't communicate with my party unless I notice and push the jack back in all the way.2) Yesterday it kept disconnecting then reconnecting, it had power. So I had to connect it with the wire. Wire it comes with is kinda short but it works with other USB C cords. First time I had a connectivity issue.3) The blue light and positioning of the select and start button are annoying.I will probably have to get a wireless headset. Crossing fingers the connection issue from yesterday is a fluke. We did have a power out that afternoon. Hoping it will live longer than my Scuf controller that got stick drift.Only other observation is that it does not have an option to use batteries and doesn't have the Xbox USB input for sound that some controllers still do. Just things to think about that are clearly advertised but I am used to having and wasn't sure if it would bother me.

Okay, first off this is a solid controller. Nice fit in the hands, the normal buttons and joysticks have a nice feel to them, and it has no problems connecting ( as long as you have it wired or the USB controller plugged in).Downsides- The dang light on the controller is to bright! There's no way I've found to turn in down or off like a normal Xbox controller. Also, the extra programmable buttons press weird. They just don't feel good to use.All in all not a bad controller if you're looking for one with extra programmable buttons and one with turbo functions.

I've been using this controller for a little over a month and it's been a dream. The set up involved inserting the USB link into the Xbox, and starting up the controller, that's it. It's lightweight, the thumb sticks are comfortable, it is rechargeable, and I've had zero issues. The way I burn through official Xbox controllers, I will probably be buying this one again when the inevitable happens.
