I was expecting good results. Everything was great and even the android software worked fine. The disapointment was articulation to both sides was quite a bit short so I returned it for full refund minus the shipping charge.

After looking at so many of these units that is offered, I chose this one. I am impressed with the quality of the material used to manufacture it. The camera is easy to use and link up to your cell phone. The camera swivels as described and works really well. I would definitely recommend this to engine builders like me.

I found the camera a bit awkward to get it down at an angle into a tight spot because it bends on a long hose, making it awkward to shove in at times.However, the image quality and ease of use are definitely there, I really like it, I am happy with this purchase

Tolle Bilder/Videos auf Handy. Einfache Verbindung von Handy.Hab die Version mit 3m Verlängerung genommen um im Boot an schwere Stellen zu kommen.Das Endstück kann um fast 180 Grad bewegt werden, sofern das Kabel schön gerade ausgelegt ist > kein all zu groben Rundungen, sonst viel weniger Bewegung vom Linsenendteil.

I love this product. I was searching for something that had the longest cable and an articulating head that did not have its own screen...I wanted to be able to use it with my ipad to get a huge image to look at. This works amazing and I am so happy with it. I also want to let you know that I have had the most amazing customer service experience with this seller. I caused an issue with this product and I asked the seller how to fix what I did to the product and I will tell you, the experience I had with this seller was better than any other product I have ever purchased anywhere. Just awesome all around!

After using a cheap 40$ Amazon boroscope a couple times I realized I would use the tool a lot more often if it was better quality. I picked this up and have been using it regularly. The light, resolution, and articulating head on this scope make it so easy to use/useful in automotive work. Highly recommend, a quality, well designed tool.

Pretty good quality image. Articulating feature is what I needed. Trade off is length. Bit pricey but no other options exist.

I bought this to inspect the diesel tank on my sailboat. Really impressed by the image quality and the articulating camera head is awesome. Great value. I would post a link to my video, but Amazon rejected my review when I did that. Oh well.A couple of things to note: as others have said, the probe cable is very flexible, not nearly as rigid as you find on some other inspection scopes. I imagine this is an advantage in some situations such as snaking through a pipe, but it can be difficult to navigate through open, unsupported reaches because the probe tends to droop. Also, the camera can have difficulty in poorly lit areas, even with the LED lights on high. Close up (The iOS app could use a couple of tweaks, so hopefully the vendors will see this and take note. The app lets you zoom in and out by "pinching" the display, but it also lets you move the display around by swiping, even almost off the screen as shown in my screen grab. This last part is not useful, and can make camera operation clumsy. Second: it would be great if videos also captured sound (from the phone) so I could narrate videos that I intend to share with others. It currently doesn't do that, and I can to record audio separately in another app and splice it with the video using iMovie. Third: it would be super helpful if the app triggered the camera shutter via the volume controls like the regular camera app does. That would make it easier to operate and/or operate remotely (via voice or bluetooth trigger). Typically I need one hand to hold the camera and the other to hold the probe steady; I don't have a third hand to press the shutter button in the app, so I need to hold the camera between my knees or in my lap if possible. Even better would be a trigger button on the camera itself.

I bought this because my other Borescope is the type that has a long cable that is stiff and has the little clip on mirror attachment for looking at an angle. I use it for automotive work and it’s fine if you want to just look at a piston or something staring ahead but often I need to see the valves and the arena where the head gasket is. So I bought this one because the reviews were decent and it looks like a quality instrument. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but it’s done the job way better than my other scope. It’s stable easy to use and works with both my iPhone 13 pro max and my Samsung s21 ultra. The picture is good quality and it’s fit my needs and budget. Here’s the thing, I would never use the mirror attachment on my other scope because I didn’t want it falling off inside a cylinder. This solves that problem and gives me more controlled view of what I am trying to see. So far so good, no issues at all. I would recommend this scope over many others out there that are actually copies or made by a company that is no longer in business.

Opened package up, read instructions. Easy pessy , had operating in 10 minutes.Impressed with quality build but does not come with 5volt 1 amp charger they warn you to use otherwise you will damage unit. Ordered one on line for $10.99. Now come on Ralcam, put one in the box. My order was not time sensitive but you guys wanting to go flying with a warm fussy don't need the delay.Recommend unit.

Great product. You are always taking photos of your other borescope screen anyways. This is just a no brainer. Only thing to consider in the camera diameter. I have the 8.5mm this will fit in larger diesel injector holes in cylinder heads but will not fit in automotive applications. Recommend the 5mm if working on automotive. Spark plug holes obviously no issue for either and 8.5mm will have better picture.Lastly some people like the stiff “wire like” camera cord for reaching out. This cord doesn’t have any “backbone” so you’ll have to support camera cable if reaching camera out horizontally.Other than that, Don’t waste your money on brand name. THIS IS THE ONE!
