RAM sets the standard for mounts and motorcycle accessories. I use this for my cup holder and my GoPro and it has been in use on my motorcycle for many months. It has solid grip on the bars and will not slip, and hold whatever you mount on it securely. It makes for easy adjustment of position if you need to tweak things later on. And it goes well with black handlebars like mine. Highly recommended!

Worked well for my bike with a 7/8" handlebar, came with two sizes of spacers and an adhesive strip to prevent rattle. I have a short RAM arm and a Quadlock ball mount attached to mine, works well for me.

I've been using RAM mounts for years on my motorcycles and scoots. I appreciate that they have updated the attachment - this is a big step forward over the "U-screw" and the small nuts that are a pain to tighten down. This is fast and easy! And typical RAM quality.

When you pay good money for a product from a company with a reputable name you expect it to arrive new (or at least looking new).The RAM Mount is an excellent product and does what its designed to do, which is hold a GPS or mobile phone etc. However this product arrived marred looking, almost as being used, simply because of poor packaging.If any company takes the extra step(s) to package a product well, the unboxing and overall appearance of the device would look pristine and new which is what a consumer expects.The simple imperfections were disappointing and I feel can be prevented if packing the smaller parts, like screws, bolts, or nuts into separate bags.Finally, I did keep the RAM mount although I was not pleased with the appearance and imperfections of the product.

Everything worked and fitted perficly....With the 8.5mm Garmin Ball connector to the 25mm RAM mount I used a ½ inch washer into the 25mm Ram extention, which then locked everything into place

Um mein Garmin Navigationsgerät samt Halterungen an den Lenker meiner treuen Honda Transalp stilgerecht zu befestigen, kaufte ich mir diese Lenkerklemmung von RAM-Mount. Die Klemmung kommt mit 2 Sätzen Reduzierschellen aus Kunststoff, die die Montage an fast jeden Lenker ermöglicht, sowie einen Gummistreifen, der zudem an einer Seite mit einem Klebestreifen versehen ist, dazu gesellen sich 2 Schrauben samt Muttern und sogar einen Inbusschlüssel.Es ist alles hochwertig verarbeitet und durchdacht, man benötigt dieses "Gegenstück" um die weiteren Systemteile zu montieren. In meinem Fall kommen die folgenden Teile zum Einsatz:1) RAM-Mount Lenkerklemmung: RAM-B-408-75-1U2) RAM-Mount Arm 90mm, abschließbar3) RAM-Mount Unterteil: RAM-B-347U (Bestandteil - Lieferumfang Navigationsgerät)Somit ist das Navigationsgerät sicher montiert und kann insofern justiert werden, dass die Halbkugeln fast jede erdenkliche Position erlauben.RAM-Mount Teile sind leider nicht günstig, auf der anderen Seite bekommt man ein hochwertig verarbeitetes System, welches viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten zulässt.Empfehlenswert!
