These are a really cool size. I have a couple 6oz ones in my cabinet already, but these are a little wider and shorter than most, so it makes it easier to scoop dips out of them. The lids are a plus, they fit well, but the seal is weak. Nothing I store in them for lasts that long so it is ok.

These 6 oz ceramic ramekins are just the right size for crème brûlée, soufflés, and pudding. The lids are a nice bonus, making them great for storing leftovers or prepping ahead. They hold up well in the oven and dishwasher, and the white design looks clean and elegant on the table. A solid set for both baking and serving!

They are as lovely and sturdy as you would expect.Two fit into my small toaster oven, so I can bake mini cakes, plus reheats galore. I do not use a microwave.It’s very nice to have the lids, which was another reason I got this set. Now leftovers can be stored without drying out, and they can be reheated without being transferred into another pot or pan, so less cleanup.

Ok but not very thick, and lids are odd. These are 3.5" wide by 1-3/8" tall, the walls are about 3/16" thick. They don't stack very efficiently, if you put one in another it only goes in about 1/4", so they take up a lot more room than if they were fully nesting. They are nowhere near as thick as the restaurant type one we have had for a while. The lids are odd, they have a dial on them, presumably to help you date when to throw out what's in them, as it goes from 0 to 30. The lids are plastic and have a silicone seal, you need to flip this lever on the lid in order for it to work. The lids do hold on ok but take up a lot of the internal space of the ramkin, I'm planning to just throw them out as I don't think I will use them often and they take up even more room in storage.These work and there's nothing really "wrong" with them, but I think I would rather just have a standard thick, fully nesting normal ramkin.

I had a hard time deciding what size to order these in. I finally decided on a ten ounce. They come as a set of four. The ramekins themselves are a nice porcelain. The lids are plastic and they do seal pretty well. I didn't even use the button to press the extra air out and it stayed on pretty well.The lids had little numbers on them. (5, 1, 15, 20 etc). I wasn't sure of the purpose. Although the 10 ounce was about four dollars more than the 6 ounce size, I feel it was a good choice. It's anice size to pack a small snack or pasta salad. I've never attemped a souffle but I thnk it would be great for that, also.

Love love lovvvvve these. I’m a big fan of using ramekins for side dishes and/or sauces on dinner plates. These are perfect for this. And they come with suctioning lids?!?! At first I didn’t think the lids worked but realized that if you lift the center tab before putting the lid on the ramekin and then press it down after, then you will create a suction effect and it will stay in place. Having the lids make these containers perfect for leftovers too! Great price for a quality set of 4

I compared these ramekins to a set we already have and they are substantially thinner, although the other set actually seems a bit too heavy, and the bottoms aren't glazed as are the bottoms on our existing set. So my impression is these aren't quite comparable to the quality of our existing set, hence I've removed one star. However, they are still reasonably well constructed and handy for all sorts of cooking, serving and storage/reheating of leftovers. The lids seal well, employing a silicone rubber seal, and they don't warp when run through the dishwasher as some cheap plastic food container lids do. A small plastic pin on the underside of a hinged flap (pictured) provides a means of avoiding overpressure and vacuum issues when heating or cooling. The dial on top of the flap seemed to have no real function so I did a little research and found a suggestion that it can be used to record the day leftovers were stored.Overall I'm happy with this handy set of covered ramekins which I mainly use for reheating leftovers although they certainly serve well for cooking and serving as well.
