I spent hours on the phone with Rancho customer service... they requested and I sent pictures, copy of receipt, my Jeeps Vin number, etc. etc. and have not heard back as yet. The rear tabs closest to the drive shaft are at slightly wrong angle and u bold is not long enough to get a tread on it. To bad for the manufacturing errors as it looks like a good diff skid plate but does no good if you cant put it on without mickey mouse Jerry rigging it. It's acerbated if you also buy the Ranch diff cover to go with it becasue the cooling ribs doesn't allow you to put the back u-bolt though the tabs, in first, and the force or bend it upward to get the four bolts in. Better to buy elsewhere until/if they correct.Update: Dan Garn from Rancho has been working with me and Manufacturing/Engineering at Rancho. I have sent him numerous pictures and we tried different things to try to get it to fit. Still no luck!However, Rancho is stepping up and sending me a new Glide Plate, in case, I had just a one off bad part!I will update my review after I bolt it up to see if it really fits.I will also let Rancho know if they have to make some manufacturing Mods.So buyer beware until they work this out... no way to bolt up rear U-bolt unless u are willing to make modifications that will possibly compromise the powder coating and allow for rust (By bending rear tabs in a vise) or bending a hardened u-bolt.)

I have purchased this skid plate and it does not fit my 2021 JLUR, manufactured in August.After I have made an inquiry with Rancho, please be advised that lately, Chrysler has made a change to the M210 front Rubicon axle and the Dana 44 front differential casting is different from earlier 2021 vehicles.For example, it no longer has a bottom drain cap on the differential body.Please check your Rubicon, in case it does not have an oil drain cap at the bottom of the differential, it is most likely that this skid plate will not fit your vehicle.The plate itself is of awesome quality and is a great product. I have installed the one for the rear axle with no problem and am happy with it.

I've installe this on the front of my 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler's differential and have already smacked a rock and hit it on the ground when in ruts. It is rock solid and helped the differential to glide over while protecting it. You only give up 1/4" of clearance. Small price to pay for strong protection. You will not need to upgrade the differential cover with this. It protects the stock cover and its bolts very well. Rancho makes some tough stuff. I've got Rancho skid plates on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, as well. Takes a beating and protects.

I am really happy with this skid plate. The quality seems great and the thickness is good. I had to heat up the mounting "U-bolt" in my forge to allow it to bend around the driveshaft as I am using a Dynatrac after market Diff Cover and it is larger than factory. I am sure this fits perfectly with the factory Diff Cover. Great product at a good price.

Haven't used them yet, but both front and rear have sturdy mounting and should provide a great deal of protection for the diff covers and bolt heads. If I find any issues in a couple months when I break them in on some AZ trails, I will update this review.
