After trying different brands of stabilizer shocks for my 01 1500 4x4, I finally landed on Rancho. Best steering feel I've had yet!

My one ton dodge 3500 had a terrific vibration in the front end from a worn steering stabilizer. Bought this one on sale and installed it with some perseverance. Worth every bit of effort. Truck rides and handles like a baby carriage. So glad that this was accomplished. Next replacement will be in ten percent of the time of this one. Learned a couple of tricks from this installation. Good product, bought used, lower price, shipped fast, recommended by me...............pag..........7/26/2023

Good product and best price at Amazon. According to Amazon, this item fits my vehicle, it does not. According to Rancho's site it is for a Ram truck, difference being one mounting stud. Lucky me I had spare parts and made it fit.

This steering stabilizer works great. I instsalled this on my 2003 Ford Excursion w/230k. I had to Dremel off the factory washer in order to make it fit in the space of the Ford OEM bracket. At the hub end I had to place some thick double sided tape because the tube is a greater diameter than the Ford OEM one and it touches the bracket. Other than those two issues it was a simple install and the truck drives like it's brand new used!

replaced steering damper on 2008 dodge ram 3500 4x4. stock on the truck had bent when I lost the ball joint on the front right tie rod and rod jammed into wheel. anyway - easy fit/mount. package contained the conical wedge shape bolt as in the picture (mounts to tie rod). I had to use the old nut bolt from stock stabilizer that mounted it to the frame. pictures added, one is it mounted and the other is the instructions that came with it. again, mine did come with the right hardware.

Took only a few minutes to remove the old Stabilizer and Install this one. This is much better than the Stock Stabilizer and is and easy swap for my 03' RAM 2500.I would highly recommend replacing the stock unit with this one. I don't have my truck jacked up so I don't have a need for a Dual Stabilizer Setup and this one performs flawlessly! The Zip Tie broke when I was installing it but I have plenty of those lying around and just substituted one of my own.
