I've had consistently good experiences with Rancho products; so much so that I may use them exclusively in the future. I've had several sets of 5000 series on 4wd pickups. I just installed these 9000 series on a light commercial cabover; a 4wd Fuso FG. As they are adjustable, I'm able to easily adjust them for load, conditions, preference. The rebound damping is good and I've never seen any of them heat up even in relatively severe use. Sometimes, in a truck, the big name gas shocks beginning w/ a B or a K are just a bit too harsh. The Ranchos give a nice ride w/ very progressive damping....Just right.

I have used this brand shock on my last Ford Bronco(1986) and they were great. They were still on the truck when I sold it in 1996 and bought the '96 Bronco which I put these shocks on. These are adjustable as well. For around town and highway use I keep them set on 2 and I have a smooth ride and good handling. When towing my boat I can crank up the setting on the rear shocks and this beefs up the rear end just enough. I don't do much off roading any more, but they were great for that on the old '86 Bronco, especially during hunting season, and trips down to the river fishing. They have a superior product and it last and last and last. This set will probably out last the new Bronco.

Shipping was fast product works well. My one piece of advice is to make sure you check the model numbers so that it corresponds with the product you need. To find model numbers check Rancho's site.
