Installed on my 2015 Ram 2500 6.7After less than a thousand miles, both of them are leaking around the knob. Don’t know if it’s because of the added weight of the diesel. But no good either way

Maybe I got 2 bad ones, but they have been practically useless in my 2018 2500 diesel. Im stock, no lift, etc. Even on the highest setting, I can compress these by hand pretty easily. The Cummins front end is HEAVY. If I can do it by hand, you can imagine what they are like on the front end. Turned every road into a washboard effect. I kept toying with the settings seeing if I could dial in a good position. Lowest setting was not bad at 25 mph. But the faster I went the more chatter and disconnected wheel feeling. Highest setting didnt seem to make a difference. Replaced outside the 90 day return window on my own with Bilstein B6 4600s. WOW WOW what a difference. I cant even compress the Bilsteins by hand they are so stiff. Side by side with the Rancho, its like the Ranchos were made by Fisher Price. After one test drive, I am blown away by how much better the Bilsteins are compared to the Ranchos. I used Ranchos with success in the past with other Rams, but never the 9000 series. I am NOT impressed with the 9000 series at all and basically wasted my money. The warrant procedure is to return them through your retailer (Amazon) but the return window is closed. I'm in the process of trying to find out if the shocks were bad or just that supposed to be that bad.
