I received these really fast - I needed them for my hood range I bought for my kitchen. As soon as I opened the box they were very dirty and very dusty. I understand the charcoal and debris but the dust. Idk if they were used and returned. Nonetheless, I kept them because I do need them. Until my next order I will see if I had bought used ones or not

No major issues but I did notice the filter is made from many tiny charcoal "pebbles" and several fell out just in handling them right out of the box. So beware if you're unpacking around kids or pets.
