I'm sure most of you knew that distress OXIDE ink is intended for dark papers. I didn't. Most of what I've bought have been from Amazon, and I've had to buy the refills almost immediately for they arrive, sealed, but dry. certainly not fresh and this was no different. Sad. I won't be continuing to buy this line however. the dark paper, is hard for me to see, but the colors are lovely on dark paper.
