I should've bought a replacement seat 20 years ago. All the holes line up and conforms to the original pan seat. Thick vinyl and durable foam inside. FYI, the seat comes with the mounting bolts and the bolts are good quality and long enough to thread in and pull the seat down to form. Thank you for a made in USA seat!!
