Our durable, long-lasting bolt snaps are available in a variety of long-lasting metals. The cast steel clamps are available as zinc plated or brass plated to prevent corrosion and rust. There is a stainless steel variant as well. Stainless steel excels at taking heavy impacts without deforming, breaking, or even bending, due to an impressive ability to withstand high-stress forces. The solid brass variant has a beautiful copper look and is very resistant to corrosion and is heat resistant. Solid brass clamps tend to accept welding better than stainless steel, but there are benficial componenets to each.

These work really well for my flags that get beat up with the constant heavy winds I get at my house. The grommets on the flags wear out before these hooks do.

I have ordered these twice and have had no issues. I use them to clip dog exercise pens together while on the road showing dogs. Our clips seemed to be disappearing previously, so I ordered the brass plated to stand out from others. So far they seem to stay put. Have had no problems mechanically, but the plating seems to wear fairly quickly (they do get a fair amount of abuse on the ex pens) not complaining just making an observation.

Use these for a 4X6 US flag. They are perfect and could handle a much larger flag. Not sure how they will hold up over time, but I expect excellent service from them from what I can see now.
